surveyors are conversant with BS 8102 guidelines for waterproofing below ground structures and have passed the nationally recognised examinations CTIS (certified timber infestation surveyor), CRDS (certified remedial damp-proofing surveyor), CSRT (certified surveyor in remedial treatments), CSSW, (certified surveyor in structural waterproofing) as required for membership of the BWPDA (British Wood Preserving and Damp-proofing Association) Property Care Association (PCA) and Structural Waterproofing Group (SWG). Additionally they have successfully completed the School of Waterproofing course and passed their examination.
To complement basement waterproofing services, particularly in relation to wet rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms we are proud of our relationship with Technokolla an Italian based tile adhesive and grout company. They are part of the Iris group the forth largest company in Italy. They manufacturer of some of the most advanced waterproofing, tiling and adhesive products in the world, used on terraces, balconies and swimming pools as well as airport terminals such as Luton. We import, market and sell their products throughout the UK.
