Reigate New-Build

In Reigate, we were appointed to provide a hydrocarbon gas proof, and water proof membrane to the basement flats of a new build construction on the site of a former petrol station. Note the sealing of the joists between the membrane and the surface mounted drainage channels. This project is not completed yet and a layer of insulation, 2nd gas proof membrane followed by boarding to the floor and independent dry lining finish to the walls has yet to be completed.
